As the Merlot has rich ripe mulberry flavours and the Cabernet blackcurrant, they blend harmoniously together for a vast array of spice and cassis.
Both components were fermented in French and American oak giving exotic spice and subtle oak to this wine. The fruit used in this wine is sourced exclusively from the Salter vineyards and produced at Moppa Vintners under the care of our winemaker Peter Gajewski.
