Growing in limestone with minimal sandy loam topsoil has allowed this Cabernet Sauvignon to develop its refined flavours.

A warm generous wine with dark coloured Satsuma Plum to black hues. The bouquet is overflowing with rich blackcurrant which carry onto the palate to be beautifully balanced with spicy French oak characteristics.

This stunning wine compliments many dishes especially rare Roast Beef, Crispy Skin Duck or Matured cheeses.
