This is our new Bubbly White!

This wine was produced using predominately Chardonnay grapes and is pale gold with green tints.

The aroma is one of fresh citrus, red apples and hints of musk.

The palate is lively and full of flavour with a creamy texture from extended time on lees balanced by a crisp, refreshing acidity on the finish.

Pair with oysters, smoked salmon or soft cream cheese.
