Growing in limestone with minimal sandy loam topsoil has allowed this Cabernet Sauvignon to develop its refined flavours.

The bouquet of this wine is overflowing with rich blackcurrant and berry fruits which carry onto the palate, to be beautifully balanced with dark chocolate and spicy French oak characteristics.  A very stylish wine to be enjoyed for many years.

This stunning wine compliments many dishes especially rare Roast Beef, Crispy Skin Duck or Matured cheeses.
